This pale yellow cava is very dry, crisp and creamy on the palate. Its acidity makes it a particularly zesty and refreshing cava.

Made from a special blend, and retains something of the aroma characteristics of the Vintage, without losing its personality, even increasing the feeling of balance and complexity, wich makes it a cava unique.

It is a dry wine made with cava from 1987 that did not finish fermentation and the bottles were stored until in 2000, when they were degorgement to fill in the French oak boots that had contained an excellent black Cabernet wine. It contains an alcoholic graduation of 17% vol. Since then, it has matured and aged without any other treatment, ideal for snacks, it must be tasted fresh.

These hand-drawn pumps are from the time of the grandfather's Ramon Giró, which were preserved in the sun and serene for a year spread outside the Horn of the Bombones, now called "Pati de Cal Rei". This special wine is indicated for desserts.
