USE OF OUR WEB PLATFORM

The purchase can be made with or without registration. In both cases, the user must provide:

SERVICES

The website is an online store for the sale of cava produced by JAUME GIRÓ I GIRÓ, SL. Only adults may purchase there.

5.1 HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

Select the product and add it to the cart.
Accept the conditions before completing the purchase.
Payment is made through a virtual POS terminal with a credit or debit card.
You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.

DELIVERY TIME: 3 working days (except for exceptional reasons).

PRICE: Includes VAT. Free shipping to the peninsula for orders over €90. In the Balearic Islands, free shipping for orders over €115. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, please contact via email.

PAYMENTS: via virtual POS (CaixaBank). The process is secure and in an encrypted environment. If the bank does not authorize the payment, the order will be canceled.

CANCELLATIONS: can be made before shipment by contacting cavagiro@cavagiro.com or by calling 93 891 01 65. If the order has not been shipped, the full amount will be refunded.

ERRORS

Errors can be corrected before completing the purchase. In the event of subsequent errors, please report them immediately to cavagiro@cavagiro.com to try to solve it.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to availability. In case of unavailability, a refund will be made or an alternative vintage will be offered.

DELIVERY

Usual delivery time: 3 working days (maximum 30 days). No deliveries are made on weekends or holidays.

IMPOSSIBILITY OF DELIVERY

2 attempts will be made. If it cannot be delivered, the order will be returned to origin and can be reshipped at the customer's expense. If a refund is requested, only the cost of the product will be refunded, not the shipping costs.

TRANSFER OF RISK AND PROPERTY

Risk and ownership pass to the customer at the time of delivery.

BILLING

An electronic invoice will be issued. If you would like a paper invoice, you can request one.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days. The product must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In the event of a defective product, please notify cavagiro@cavagiro.com within 48 hours. Once reviewed, a refund or replacement will be made. Opened bottles will not be accepted except for tastings with obvious defects.

INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

Communications will be primarily by email. The client accepts this medium as valid.

ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS

The client cannot assign the rights derived from the contract without consent. The company will be able to do so freely.

FORCE MAJEURE

The company will not be responsible for breaches arising from causes beyond its control (strikes, natural disasters, military conflicts, etc.).

PARTIAL NULLITY

If any clause is declared null and void, the remaining conditions will continue to apply.

FULL AGREEMENT

These Conditions, together with the rest of the legal texts, constitute the complete agreement between the parties.

RIGHT TO MODIFY THE CONDITIONS

The company may modify the Conditions. Modifications will not affect orders already placed.

LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

These Conditions are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a conflict, the competent courts may be consulted, giving preference to the consumer's jurisdiction.
