I strive every day to contribute my bit of sand and my knowledge to this magnificent family wine project, in order to maintain the uniqueness and excellence that have supported us for more than 100 years in our winery in the Penedès.
I am Ramon Giró Gramona, a pharmacy graduate, currently the oenologist and third generation of the family. Following family principles, I lead the company to maintain the excellence of all these years, incorporating sustainable development throughout the process of growing the vines and making our organic cavas and wines, as well as in waste management, prevention and the use of natural resources and raw materials.
