An exceptional cava showcasing a pale yellow color with greenish hues and a continuous stream of fine bubbles. On the nose, it presents a perfect balance of ripe fruit and spice aromas, with delicate notes of orange blossom, honey, and toasted bread.
On the palate it is very dry, with a soft and sophisticated texture. The nuances of toasted nuts and baked bread merge with the freshness of ripe fruit, such as peach and apricot, resulting in a structured and deep cava. Its persistence and complexity make it a unique sensory experience that lasts over time.
Made exclusively in exceptional vintages and with a careful selection of wines, this long-aged cava achieves a perfect harmony between freshness and complexity, offering a unique personality. As the late Baroness of Merten said: Complex, but not complicated!

Wine tasting
With good release of very fine bubbles, it is pale and yellow with many greenish notes. On the nose it is floral, with notes of spices and orange blossom. On the palate it is very dry, with flavors of toast, nuts and flour oven that combine with those of ripe fruits without falling into compotes or raisins, remaining very well balanced by the aging of the cava. It is very persistent, and leaves complex flavors that are maintained over time.
Made with one of the best vintages, it preserves the characteristics of the vintage, without losing its personality, even increasing the sensations of balance and complexity, which makes it a unique cava.
Conservation and consumption recommendations
Store in the same position as when served, in a cool, dry place away from light.
Serve at 6-10ºC depending on the season and personal tastes.
Gastronomy
Delicious with meat and fish carpaccio. Special with seafood and roast beef. Try it with sushi and salted fish, such as roe and anchovies. Also with smoked meats. I like it with pasta, as an appetizer, and at any time of the day, but especially when we can have enough time to enjoy it in peace.
