The first surprise is its beautiful pale pink color with subtle copper reflections, reminiscent of the finest vintage rosés. Its continuous stream of fine bubbles forms a persistent and delicate crown.

On the nose, it reveals the classic complexity of Pinot Noir: floral notes of roses and narcissus blend with fresh red fruit aromas, such as wild strawberries and raspberries, along with subtle spicy hints and delicate Pyrenean flowers.

On the palate, its silky and velvety texture is perfectly balanced by a dry, refined structure. Gentle hints of honey and ripe fruit give way to light toasted bread and almond notes, adding depth and sophistication. Its persistence is remarkable, with evolving complexity in every sip, leaving a refined and long-lasting finish.
