This rosé cava is crafted from Trepat, a native grape variety that lends it a unique and charming character.

Its striking cherry-red hue is accompanied by a fine stream of bubbles that form an elegant bead and a persistent crown.

On the nose, it reveals an intense bouquet, bursting with red berries such as strawberries and raspberries, evoking the freshness and vibrancy of summer.

On the palate, it is fruity and full-bodied, with a perfect balance of sweet and sour sensations that enhance the fruit flavors without being overpowering. It is remarkably persistent, leaving a lingering freshness and fruity notes that endure over time.

With good release of very fine bubbles, it is bright and intense red. On the nose it is powerful, with so many scents of forest fruits, strawberries and raspberries dance the dance of summer scents. On the palate it is Fruity, wide and corpulent, very well balanced in the sweet and sour sensations, giving it even more of the taste of the fruit, without falling into stridency. It is very persistent, and leaves fresh fruit flavors that remain over time.

Store in the same position as when served, in a cool, dry place away from light. Serve at 5-8°C depending on the season and personal taste.

Few cavas have the body of rosés. Slightly tannic and harsh notes, softened by the slight sweetness that harmonizes it to be tasted, especially with paellas, macaroni and pasta. For me, but it is ideal for appetizers, and that's how we take it with the family. And as it could not be less, we end our meals with it when desserts call for fruit, ice cream or garlands. And of course at any time of the day, since it is the one that will never leave us indifferent.
