Inspired by the fresh scent of grass in the Andorran mountains, where the GRA Grandalla ( Narcissus poeticus ) also known as the Flower of the Pyrenees—blooms in mid-April, we created this exceptional cava. Made from grape varieties with a distinctly floral character, this special blend captures the essence of the vintage while maintaining its unique personality. Its balance and complexity intensify over time, making it a truly remarkable cava.The most distinctive feature of GRANDALLA is its elegant effervescence, with delicate streams of tiny bubbles

Its pale yellow color with greenish reflections hints at its freshness and youth.On the nose, it combines subtle aging notes with floral aromas of jasmine and orange blossom. On the palate, it unfolds a harmonious fusion of ripe fruit, dried fruit, and light toasted notes, perfectly balanced with the nuances of its aging process.

Its persistence is remarkable, leaving a refined and lasting aftertaste.

Remembering the scents of the meadows of the mountains of Andorra, when the GRANDALLES, or flower of the Pyrenees, bloom around April, it was made with wines that had a very floral character. . Made with a special blend, it retains some of the scent and characteristics of the vintage, without losing its personality, even increasing the sensations of balance and complexity, which makes it a Unique cava.

With good release of fine bubbles, it is pale and yellow with many greenish notes. On the nose it is very floral, with notes of jasmine and orange blossom. On the palate, the flavors of acidic and tropical fruits, and a hint of toast, are very well balanced by the aging of the cava. It is very persistent, and leaves complex flavors that remain over time.

Store in the same position as when served, in a cool, dry place away from light. Serve at 6-10°C depending on the season and personal taste.

Delicious with meat and fish carpaccio. Special with seafood and roast beef. Trying it with sushi and salted fish, such as roe and anchovies. Also with smoked meats. I like it with pasta, as an appetizer, and at any time of the day.
