Right of withdrawal

You can cancel your purchase within a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order. To do this, the product must be in perfect condition, unopened and with the original packaging.

How to make a return

Send us an email at cavagiro@cavagiro.com indicating your order number. Once we have received the product and verified its condition, we will proceed with the refund within a maximum period of 7 business days, using the same payment method.

Return costs

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or there is an error in shipping.

Defective or incorrect products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must notify us within a maximum of 48 hours from the reception, writing to cavagiro@cavagiro.comOnce the case has been reviewed, we will offer you a full refund or a replacement product.

Exceptions

No returns will be accepted. of open bottles, unless they present a clear and verifiable defect (such as organoleptic alteration). In these cases, we reserve the right to request evidence (photograph, sample, etc.).
