This Gran Reserva Brut is born from the best “mosto flor” and a carefully selected blend of the best wines available. Its fine bubbles create an elegant, well-integrated stream, revealing a pale yellow-green hue.
On the nose, it offers a complex bouquet of floral notes, spices, and orange blossom. On the palate, it is dry and beautifully balanced, with soft hints of roasted nuts and a delicate touch of brioche, combined with the ripe freshness of pears, peaches, and apricots.
As a vintage cava, it is exceptionally persistent, with deep, lingering flavors. Incredibly round in the mouth, it showcases great personality, delivering a sense of harmony and complexity that makes it truly unique.

Wine tasting
With good release of very fine bubbles, it is pale and yellow with many greenish notes. On the nose it is floral, with notes of spices and orange blossom. On the palate it is dry, with soft sensations, certain toasted notes, some dried fruits and flour oven that combine with those of ripe apple and merkocs fruits, being very well balanced by the aging of the cava. It is very persistent, and leaves complex tastes that are maintained over time.
Made from one of the best vintages, it preserves the characteristics of the vintage, without losing its personality, even increasing the sensations of balance and complexity, which makes it a unique cava.
Conservation and consumption recommendations
Store in the same position as when served, in a cool, dry place away from light. Serve at 6-10ºC depending on the season and personal taste.
Gastronomy
La Bombonetta is the most rounded and balanced cava. Its aging time gives it a great complexity of tastes and aromas, as well as a strange freshness for the time it has. For this reason, it will pair perfectly with both the simplest dishes of our Catalan cuisine, such as bread with tomato and ham or cannelloni, as well as the most complex dishes of the new cuisine, such as pasta stuffed with seafood or deconstructed duck, and as it is a brut, with semi-sweet desserts of all kinds. And it will always be a good reason to celebrate.
