With an elegant release of fine bubbles, it displays a very pale yellow color with greenish hints. On the nose, it is refined and floral, with delicate jasmine and narcissus notes. On the palate, it is dry, original, and delicate, offering a refined balance of fruity hints, light aromas of Pyrenean flowers, and a subtle touch of toast. Perfectly balanced, it is persistent, complex, and leaves a lasting impression.

Remembering the scents of the meadows of the mountains of Andorra, when the GRANDALLES, or flower of the Pyrenees, bloom around April, it was made with wines that had a very floral character. . Made with a special blend, it preserves much of the scent and characteristics of the vintage, without losing its personality, even increasing the sensations of balance and complexity, which makes it a unique cava.

With good release of fine bubbles, it is pale and yellow with many greenish notes. On the nose it is very floral, with notes of syringuilla, jasmine and Grandalla flower. On the palate it is fresh, slightly soft, with the tastes of acidic and tropical fruits, and green fruits of apple and pear, remaining very well balanced by the aging of the cava. It is persistent, and leaves fresh tastes that remain over time.

Store in the same position as when served, in a cool, dry place away from light. Serve at 5-9ºC depending on the season and personal taste.

Delicious with seafood and pasta, rice and ham. Try it with foie, fine beef or grilled sea bass. Monkfish and prawns, and let your imagination run wild. Pork, kid, or scallops, or galleys… Also with smoked meats. I like it with pasta, as an appetizer, and at any time of the day.
