Its fine and persistent effervescence unfolds in a pale yellow color with greenish reflections, which reflect its natural freshness. On the nose, the identity of Xarel·lo stands out: intense notes of apricot and lemon, accompanied by a subtle mineral touch.

In the mouth, it is dry and structured, with a vibrant acidity that gives it tension and energy. Its austere and firm character is expressed without artifice, with a purity that captivates. The long aging gives it breadth and a velvety texture, with a complex and persistent finish that evolves elegantly with each sip.

Beyond its enological excellence, Xarel·lo is also a tribute to art and inclusion. Its label has been designed by La Casa de Carlota in collaboration with a young gentleman with Down syndrome, bringing a unique and authentic vision to this work.
