Its fine and persistent effervescence unfolds in a pale yellow color with greenish reflections, which reflect its natural freshness. On the nose, the identity of Xarel·lo stands out: intense notes of apricot and lemon, accompanied by a subtle mineral touch.
In the mouth, it is dry and structured, with a vibrant acidity that gives it tension and energy. Its austere and firm character is expressed without artifice, with a purity that captivates. The long aging gives it breadth and a velvety texture, with a complex and persistent finish that evolves elegantly with each sip.
Beyond its enological excellence, Xarel·lo is also a tribute to art and inclusion. Its label has been designed by La Casa de Carlota in collaboration with a young gentleman with Down syndrome, bringing a unique and authentic vision to this work. A cava that celebrates purity, character and creativity in its most honest form.

Wine tasting
With good release of very fine bubbles, it is greenish with yellowish notes. On the nose you can perceive notes of apricot and lemon, with a touch of fennel, characteristics of Xarel lo. On the palate it is very dry and fresh, creamy and full-bodied, with a certain acidity that gives it liveliness and freshness. The aging as a Gran Reserva gives it wide and round, velvety sensations, with a silky and enveloping finish. Maintaining the austerity of Xarel lo.
Conservation and consumption recommendations
Store in the same position as when served, in a cool, dry place away from light. Serve at 6-8°C depending on the season and personal taste.
Gastronomy
As a long-aged cava, it can be enjoyed on any occasion. Xarel lo is especially good paired with sushi and other raw fish. And very suitable with raw tuna or bonito with oysters, then grilled crayfish. It has enough body to accompany all kinds of white and red meats. Everything pairs perfectly with this Brut Nature Gran Reserva. Or with a morning bread with tomato. Even with chocolate… And if not, alone, with good company.
